Just As Family Inc. offers Residential Housing for short and long-term care, personal care, devotion of hospice, care to children, adults, and geriatrics. JAF, Inc. provides high levels of support, services, and supervision to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities , assistance before and after surgery and illnesses such as, Cancer, Strokes, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson's and palliative care, as well as those with other debilitating medical and mental health conditions that will help to enhance their qualities of life.
When do you need a Caregiver/Patient Care?
Anyone can make a referral or request for a Caregiver/Patient Care (physician, friend, family member, or neighbor). Services are provided before and after surgery or for any other medical or personal needs. Loving and caring staff members are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once contacted, a Just As Family, Inc. representative will schedule a visit with the client and loved ones, to assess the best care available. Services will begin as soon as they are requested.
Patient Care Services are provided by a well trained team that works with you and your loved ones to take care of the specific patient need(s) for each individual client.
Patient Care Services are provided in the privacy and comfort of your home, or other places of residence such as residential care, assisted living or skilled nursing facilities (hospital, nursing homes). Just As Family Health Care Services covers ALL of Jefferson County, and surrounding communities including Shelby, Blount, St. Clair, Talladega, Calhoun, Cleburne, Clay, Randolph, Walker, and Chilton County.
